There is no need to have a military that is 17 times larger than all the other military forces of the world combined. This imbalance is what causes instability in the world. It is the same imbalance that big banking has created from an economic standpoint. The top 7 banks control 90+% of the money in the country. I would not create a pure gold standard but something that includes a basket of commodities that includes gold, silver, palladium, oil, wheat, etc. that would back up each individual nations currency. I am looking to create a more balanced nation in comparison to our standing in the world.
